• Account information — name, business, work email, credentials, role.
• Property and portfolio data — parcels, addresses, assessed values, ownership, and related records you submit or that are retrieved to provide the service.
• Appeal and signature data — authorizations, engagement documents, and e-signature records processed through DocuSign.
• Payment status — subscription and billing status. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Reserve.
• Usage and device data — log data, activity, and technical information used to operate and secure the platform.
• Communications — support and other messages you send us.

2. How we use information.

To operate and secure the platform; to provide valuation, appeal, and reporting features; to process subscriptions and support requests; to communicate with you; to develop and improve our models and analytics using aggregated and de-identified data; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. How we share information.

• Reserve Tax Group (RTG) — to prepare and file appeals you authorize.
• Taxing authorities and third parties — as authorized by you to pursue an appeal.
• Service providers (subprocessors) — including our hosting/platform provider, Stripe (payments), DocuSign (e-signature), and property-data providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

5. Security.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of eligible personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 7. Cookies.

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, keep you signed in, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. International.

The service is operated in the United States; by using it you understand your information is processed there.

The service is not directed to individuals under 18 and is intended for business use.

10. Changes.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
